This is a 28 year old patient, happily married with two children. In this case, she came to see us thinking she may need a breast lift as well as augmentation. However, analysis shows that the nipple is just above the inframmary crease so that if we simply make these breasts larger with a saline implant they assume a normal pleasing shape.
